Winter 2025 Price Breakdown
As shown below, most bedrooms are Japanese style with a comfy futon and fluffy, warm duvet. But we also offer a number of Western style rooms with beds, again with a warm duvet.
Private Room USD$1,000/month
Shared Room USD$600/person/month
House USD$3000/month
10% discount per month for stays of more than 1 month.
The sample rates above include rent, utilities and membership in Otaru Powder Plus.
Membership benefits include access to shared amenities, such as
high-speed WiFi, etc. in the log house, sauna, etc. (A number of members have cars, so getting to the ski areas and back country is a cinch) The rates do not include consumables, such as fuel, beverages, food, etc.
Our version of an all-inclusive program is the 10X Package--$1,000/adult is a hosted service that includes 10 days of on-piste guiding and the lift tickets for each day. It always depends on the weather as we go to the snow, but we'll try to get you to at least 8 different ski areas. (In the Spring, we can expand that to central Japan for slightly more.) After that, you'll know where to go without a host and can find the best snow when and where you like.
Below are a sample pictures of a few of the rooms, both Japanese style with futons and Western with a bed.
